Application Process

Year Long Programs:

To complete the application, here’s what you’ll need to do:

• Tell us why you’re interested in being involved, what you hope to gain from the class, including any specific topics you’d like to be addressed during the course.

• Class attendance: Confirm that you can attend the whole course. Priority will be given to those who can commit to coming to classes throughout the course. Each class builds on the previous one, many of the lessons must be practiced with a partner and must be directly experienced to comprehend, so attendance is important. It takes time, patience and consistent practice to find deep and lasting benefit with Tai Chi and Qigong.

• Full Tuition Commitment: Acknowledge that you understand you’re committing to the full tuition of the course: You’ll owe for all 12 months of classes, even if you’re unable to attend all in person. If you have to miss a class, you can review and utilize videos on our private youtube playlist or you may choose to meet with another student to get caught up. Unless you make a prior arrangement, monthly tuition will be automatically processed using your credit card on file if you miss the first class of the month.

• Class deposit: Acknowledge that you understand a deposit in the amount of one month’s tuition will be required before your spot is saved in the program. This deposit will be used for your 1st month’s tuition. For the remainder of the course, you can pay on a monthly basis by cash or check when you come to the first class of the month.

• Class payments: Acknowledge that you’ll provide a credit card to be kept on file. Your card will only be charged in the event of you dropping out of the program midway through or a missed monthly tuition payment (payment will be taken the day after the 1st class of the month unless you make prior arrangements with me).

• Program withdrawal: If you withdraw from the program midway through, the outstanding balance of your annual tuition will be charged to your credit card on file.
