Hi there, I’m Jeffrey!
I’m a Tai Chi and Qigong instructor.
I help active adults with body pain and chronic health issues stay active as they age, and gain more stability, balance, vitality, relaxation, and ease.
With an emphasis on the fundamentals of breathing, mindfulness and movement, I promote both physical and mental well-being through the arts of Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong.
